Large Antique French Imari Porcelain Clock and candelabra set Japy Freres c1890. This fine Imari Porcelain and bronze-brass mounted set is made in France around 1890. Very beautiful vase clock case is made of fine porcelain and is topped by an animal that seems to be a dog figurine. Around the dial a solid bronze ornament at the sides are lion heads. Large 5-lights candelabras are complete with finals. Dial with Arabic numerals and bronze chapter ring inside is protected by a glass door. Movement is in good running condition and striking at the 1/1 and 1/2 hours on a silvered bronze bell. Movement is stamped by very famous clock maker: Japy Freres Medaille DHonneur. On the top of the clock, behind figurine is a small restoration as shown. On one candelabra is a small scratch on porcelain. Key and pendulum with matching numbers is included. A beautiful & rare decorative clock, don't miss it! 24.4 inches (62 cm) tall. 11 inches (28 cm) width. Weight 16.9 lbs (7,7 kg). 30.7 inches (78 cm) tall. Weight 13 lbs (5,9 kg) each.
